Tarot decks take between 14-16 weeks to ship after purchasing.
Book Crates ship 4 months after the preorder closes.

There are absolutely no cancellations or refunds allowed UNLESS items are delayed 90 days past the estimated shipping window. That means 90 days past 12 weeks from purchase.
