Can I cancel my order?

Our products enter production 2-4 days after a preorder sale begins, therefore we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

The only exception is if an item or collection is delayed 90+ days past the estimated shipping date. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note: Requesting cancellations before the 90-day window, filing payment disputes, or initiating chargebacks will result in being permanently unable to purchase from Prettygalpins or Prettygalcrates. By purchasing, customers agree to the preorder shipping windows clearly stated in all product descriptions.

Why was my order cancelled?

Prettygalpins / PrettygalxCrates reserves the right to cancel orders, block, or ban customers at our discretion. This includes (but is not limited to) customers who engage in flipping (reselling items for more than the purchase price), spread false or harmful information about our company, or violate any of our stated policies.

Please review our Tarot Deck Terms & Conditions before purchasing. This information is extremely important and must be familiarized with prior to checkout.

My order arrived damaged or is missing items. What should I do?

We truly apologize if there are any issues with your order and are happy to help! Any damaged or missing items must be brought to our attention within 7 DAYS of delivery. After this window, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

What is considered as damage for books/pins?

Considered Damaged

  • Loose or torn pages
  • Marks or residue on the front of the book
  • Dents or crushed corners 20mm or larger
  • Damaged pages that affect readability (2 or more pages)

Not Considered Damaged

  • Dents or crushed corners smaller than 20mm
  • Small scratches, marks, or residue on the back of the book
  • Wavy pages
  • Minor creases on the spine or back
  • Small to medium smudges on matte finishes
  • Torn binding that does not cause the book to unbind
  • Slightly blurry stenciled sprayed edges
  • Minor scuffing on edges

If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us immediately with clear photos and a description of the issue. Before doing so, please make sure it meets the requirements for us to consider it damaged.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it?

We do not accept returns. If your item arrived to you damaged or flawed, please reach out to us via email at ishapgp@gmail.com.

All items are carefully checked and graded before shipping and are only sent if they meet our quality standards. If a customer consistently receives damaged items, we may determine it is in the best interest of both parties that we no longer sell or ship to you.

My package says “delivered,” but I never received it. What now?

Unfortunately, once USPS marks a package as delivered, it is considered officially delivered and no longer qualifies for a replacement or refund. If this happens to you, we recommend reaching out to your local PO for help with a search.

I forgot to apply a discount code during checkout. Can I apply it afterward?

No, discounts can not be applied afterwards and no adjustments can be made to your order once it is placed.

There’s an issue with my order, or I moved after placing it. What should I do?

Please note: If you do not notify us of an address change before the shipping label is purchased, you are responsible for paying the postage for the new label to ship to you. If the package is delivered to the old address before we are notified, it will not be replaced.

My order arrived in my country and I owe import fees. Who is responsible?

Our items are considered merchandise and we always fill out our customs forms honestly and thoroughly. This means it is possible that INTL buyers will have to pay import fees at customs.

We are not responsible for any fees associated with imports/customs. By purchasing any items from our shop, the buyer assumes responsibility for paying these fees.
