Tarot Card Terms & Conditions
This information is very important regarding my Tarot Card decks and their sales.
- These are not actual Tarot Cards. They can not be read. They are character cards designed to look like actual Tarot Cards
- Tarot card sales are always a preorder but there is a cap amount. This means that the cards do not go into production until after the sale and they can sell out. They are not open preorders unless otherwise specified
- Tarot decks can take between 14-16 weeks to ship after purchasing. There is absolutely no cancellations or refunds allowed UNLESS they are delayed 90 days past the estimated shipping window. That means 90 days past 16 weeks from purchase
- ONE DECK PER CUSTOMER/ORDER/ADDRESS with NO exceptions. Any orders placed with more than one deck or one customer purchasing in separate transactions will have all of their orders canceled and refunded
- We do not reveal the artwork ahead of the sale. Our cards are always a surprise to customers. Art is ALWAYS sent to the authors for approval prior to printing. This guarantees the accuracy of each character
EVENT EXCLUSIVE POLICY
- Signing decks are always IN PERSON PICK-UP ONLY. There are no order limits and you may pick up orders for others.
- Please double-check your order before leaving the event!
We are more than happy to fix any issues on the spot at the event.
Once the event has ended, we are not able to ship missing/forgotten items or hold them for pickup at a future signing
We know mistakes can happen, and that’s why we encourage checking your order right away or before the event ends — so we can make it right for you in the moment
Freebies will always be limited and capped at a certain number per person. Please check our socials before the event to see how many of each freebie you can grab at that event.
Prettygalpins is NOT responsible for pick-up agreements between customers. We are not responsible, nor will we replace or re-sell items that are lost or damaged in transit between a pick-up person and the receiver.
DAMAGE POLICY
All damages must be brought to our attention within 14 days of delivery. Once that time line has passed, your order no longer qualifies for a replacment or refund.
CONSIDERED DAMAGE:
- Missing pieces of foil that are .5 CM big or bigger
- Crushed, bent or torn edges
- Large pieces of foiling where it shouldn't be
- A difference in height of a card (being shorter or longer cut than the others by an .5 CM
NOT CONSIDERED DAMAGE:
- Slight variations in foil placement
- Off centered borders
- Height differences less than .5 CM
If your card does not have one of the above flaws, its does NOT qualify for a replacement or refund.
please note: Frames on the cards may be slightly off centered because of the machine that our printer uses. Any frames that SIGNIFICANTLY to the side will NOT be shipped to customers. If your frame is slightly off centered, it does not qualify for a replacement
