Can I cancel my order? Our products go into production 2-4 days after a preorder sale begins. For that reason, at this time we do not accept cancelations. The only exception is an item/collection being delayed 90+ days passed the estimated shipping date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Please Note: Requesting cancellations, filing claims or chargebacks will result in you being unable to purchase from Prettygalpins or Prettygalcrates in the future. Customers agree to the preorder shipping windows, located in all product descriptions, before purchasing.

Prettygalpins/PrettygalxCrates has the right to block or ban any customer for “flipping” (reselling for more than you paid), spreading false information about our company, or for any reason that goes against our policies.

My order arrived damaged, had missing items, etc. What should I do? We truly apologize for any mishaps that may occur with your order and we are here to help! However any missing items or damaged items must be brought to our attention within two weeks of the delivery date. Once that time period has passed, we will not replace or refund you. PLEASE READ BELOW FOR WHAT IS AND IS NOT CONSIDERED DAMAGE FOR BOOKS:

  • Please email us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged book. Include photos and a description of the damage. Before doing so, please make sure it meets the requirements for us to consider it damaged 
  • Considered Damaged: *Loose or torn pages, *marks, or residue on the front of the book Dents or crushed corners 20 MM or bigger *Damaged pages that affect the readability of the book-- 2 or more pages
  • Not Considered Damaged: * Dents or crushed corners smaller than 20 MM * Small scratches, marks, or residue on the back of the book * Wavy pages * Small creases on the spine and back of the book *small-medium smudges on matte finish books

Can I return a product if I do not like it? We do not accept returns of items. If your item arrived to you damaged or flawed, please feel free to reach out to us via email at prettygalpins@gmail.com

  • All items are checked, graded and only shipped if they’re in perfect condition. If your items are continuously arriving damaged, it is in the best interest of both parties that we no longer sell or ship to you. 

What do I do if I never received my package but it is marked as “delivered”?Unfortunately once a package is marked delivered by USPS, it is considered officially delivered to the customer and no longer qualifies for a replacement or refund. If this happens to you, we recommend reaching out to your local PO for help with a search. 

I forgot to apply a discount during checkout. Can I apply it afterward? No, discounts can not be applied and no adjustments made to your order once it is placed. 

There’s a problem with my order, or I’ve moved since I placed the order. What should I do? Please email is at PrettygalPins@gmail.com! We are always here to help you have the best possible experience! Please note: If you do not inform us of an address change before the label has been bought and/or the package has been shipped, you are responsible for paying the postage for the new label and shipping to you.

My order arrived in my country but it says I owe import fees. Who is responsible? Our items are considered merchandise and we always fill out our customs forms honestly and thoroughly. This means it is possible that INTL buyers will have to pay import fees at customs. We are not responsible for any fees associated with imports/customs. By purchasing any items from our shop, the buyer resumes responsibility for paying these fees.
